In my weekly live meditation Gathering (Wednesdays 8-9am Pacific; drop me a line for the Zoom info; all are welcome, $ appreciated and not required!) we've begun to open with a bit of self-massage and stretching. It's been so much fun that I thought I'd dedicate a session to it! We can all use a little touch and care in these difficult times, and the holiday weekend seemed like a perfect spot.

Come play! I'll lead you through some simple, gentle massage and movement focused on your face, neck, and shoulders, easily done sitting on the chair, couch, bed, or in the bathtub over Zoom without contortion. It's entirely up to you whether you wish to have your own camera on or off; you can keep it off and follow along if that's more comfortable for you. One of my students really has been attending meditation from the bath with her camera off, and I couldn't be more delighted. Missing your family over holiday weekend? Invite them to come join you for this little treat!  No knowledge or experience of any kind is required.
